Temperature Monitoring for Axle Boxes

RFID technologies are used to detect and monitor the real-time temperature of the axle boxes to achieve preventive maintenance. Users will be alerted if the temperature exceeds a configurable threshold value. More than 10,400 sensors have been deployed on train cars of the Hong Kong MTR for monitoring.
